          Foulridge open today, it's been absolutely rock hard  mad as people have been    catching all week and it's completely switched off today warm weather high pressure    maybe who knows. Someone has to win and the reigning champ getting  his eye in    for the end of the month has done the business.

                   Annual Charity Match Foulridge 2020

       P.B.& D.AA Annual charity match was fished on Foulridge Res. Colne on Sunday   16/8/20  23 anglers turned out to fish the match.
   Another rough day to day with an easterly wind greeted us but a few anglers found    that there were fish to be caught. Scott Duffy won the day from peg 50 with a weight    of 13lb 6oz  with 2nd Alan Copperwaite  on peg 46 with 12lb The club would like to    thank our match secretary Matt Heyes who  organised this event and has raised a    total of £250 today for the nominated charities, so a massive thanks goes out to    Matt  and the lads for supporting today’s event.

        9.8.20 open match, absolutely rock hard all over the Res 17 lads on today we     pegged the field side top Alma and lower Alma I think 1 bream has been caught all      day let's hope for better weather for next weekends charity match. Well done today      lads it's definitely not for the faint of heart.

     Foulridge Monday open today decent little turn out so decided to split the fishing     up abit and put people on in form areas. Brilliant weights today with the wind as     usual by Foulridge standards, 4th ton weight this year so far today too unbelievable     fishing. Well done to all the lads and framers.

    Foulridge open today and a change of pegs for the lads shallows, top of alma and      roadside all in. Been a good day for a few bites today which is great news the small      fish are finally feeding, with most catching a few skimmers and roach inevitably      bream have dominated the top weights. Well done all framers and catchers today.      Next match is the Monday open a week tomorrow

        Foulridge open, it's been absolutely rock hard today hardly any wind, hot sun     and levels well up have all contributed but someone has to win and that someone     has made the most of the bream heading to the shallows to spawn, I can't believe     I'm about to say this but the match record that Mike Gillespie held at 167lb has been     broken  well done Mark Dykes for making no mistakes on the shoals of bream     getting ready to spawn with 192lb 14oz  well done the rest of the section winners     its been hard work for the rest of us change of pegging next week I think, tight     lines
